Rastafari Children's Colouring & Activity Book

Discover the rich culture and heritage of Rastafari in this engaging Rastafari Coloring and Activity Book! Designed for children aged 4-13, this book takes young readers on an educational journey through the inspiring world of Rastafari Livity and Traditions.

So… what happens when you live in a Rastafari community in an Afrikan country, and you want to purchase colouring books for the children in your community? NOTHING HAPPENS! Why? Because you cannot find a colouring book that means anything to the children. Themed colouring books in western countries are full of cartoon characters that mean very little to the children in my community – so…. The Rastafari Children’s Colouring and Activity Book was born. I created this book to support children to see their life or the lives of their friends, reflected in pages of a children’s activity book. The book is intended to spark the children’s interest by blending creativity with learning.  It’s so important for children to see themselves and their lives in fun pages. Why? Because that is how things are for other children in the world. In fact, this is how it is for most childrenin the Global North. Below, you can see some of the images in the book. I chose images that the children see and experience every day and it will be such a joy for the children to play with these images as if the images are second nature.

I would love to hear what you think.
